Change of mind policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have gone by since you received your products, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange or credit note.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Non-returnable items include:
Knickers due to hygiene reasons
Gift cards
To complete your return, we require your invoice number and/or a copy of your receipt.
If you wish to request an exchange or credit note please email naomi@twocuteflairies.com with your full name, invoice, and/or copy of your receipt and the reason you are requesting an exchange or credit note.
If an exchange is requested due to the incorrect size being purchased then the exchanged product will be like for like but if the new product is of a greater value than the original amount paid you will need to pay the difference or only a credit note will be issued. If the value of the new product is less than the original then a partial refund may be applied.
There are certain situations where no exchange or credit note will be granted:
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Exchange or credit note
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or credit note.
If you are approved, then your exchange or credit note will be processed and sent within 7 days.
Refunds
We only refund items if they are defective. If you need a refund please, send us an email at naomi@twocuteflairies.com and send your item to 369 Corrigan Road, Keysborough, VIC, 3173, Australia.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to 369 Corrigan Road, Keysborough, VIC, 3173, Australia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and new shipping costs will apply for a change of mind exchange.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
